President John F. Kennedy was shot dead during a motorcade trip through Dallas on November 22, 1963. His death has become a matter of endless controversy. Did Lee Harvey Oswald, who was arrested later that day, kill the President? Or was there a larger conspiracy? Was Oswald really involved at all?
Some of the most important evidence in the case are the photographs and films taken on that fateful day. There were numerous, mostly amateur, cameraman in Dealey Plaza that day, and that they recorded has become indispensable evidence.
Unfortunately, much of the photographic evidence was, until now, difficult to access. The books that deal with this evidence, Shaw’s Cover-Up, Groden’s The Killing of a President, and Trask’s Pictures of the Pain, are now out-of-print. The objective of this website is to make the photographic evidence accessible to all researchers interested in the Kennedy assassination. It is intended to be as neutral as possible on the conspiracy/lone gunman debate.
This website is, and probably will always be, under constructions. New material is constantly being added, so please check back often. I have also decided to upload all the films to YouTube. If you’d like to save the film in your computer, e-mail me and I’ll send you the file.
